Telephone Calls

The office normally opens, and the telephones are answered, starting at 9:00 a.m.  Calls to our staff should be placed before 5:00 p.m., since they nor­mally leave between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m.  Mr. Weber will usually stay in the office until at least 7:30 p.m. He will normally continue to take calls un­til he leaves the office for the night.

Office Appointments

Office appointments are scheduled to start between 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Evening Appointments

Appointments starting between 5:00 and 6:30 can be scheduled on most days.  However, we strong­ly suggest that you schedule your first  meeting to start no later than 5:00 p.m.  Although Mr. Weber is normally in the office every day until at least 8:00 p.m., all other staff usually leave the office between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m.  If the initial meeting is scheduled to start before 5:00 pm., the entire interview process can normally be completed in a single visit.  If the first meet­ing starts after 5:00 p.m., you may need to schedule a second appointment to meet with a legal as­sis­tant to complete the entire process.
